위치는 괜찮습니다. 버스정류장이 바로 앞에 있어서 좋아요. 방이랑 침구도 깨끗합니다. 에어컨은 추울정도로 트네요 더운거보단 괜찮았던거 같습니다. 가격대비 그래도 괜찮습니다.
화장실이 공용이라 그런지 더럽습니다. 욕실에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 납니다. 앞에서 문을 안열어줘서 당황했습니다. 체크인이 정말 느립니다. 짐 맡기시고 5시쯤에 돌아오시는걸 추천드립니다

차이나타운역에서 가까운 곳에 위치해서 관광지 이동이 편합니다. 전반적인 시설도 깔끔한 편에 속합니다.
방마다 다른 부분인지 모르겠으나, 객실 에어컨을 통해서 나오는 냄새가 조금 불쾌했습니다.

매우 나쁨
관리가 잘 되는 게스트하우스였습니다. 직원들이 화장실 청소를 자주 하는 편이고 화장실 갯수도 여러개라 공용임에도 불구하고 화장실 이용엔 큰 불편함 없었습니다. 한 직원 제외하고는 모두 친절하고 적극적인 성격이라 편했어요. 불친절하고 예의없는 직원 때문에 매우 화났었는데 새벽시간에 일하던 다른 직원이 대신 사과해줘서 남은 여행을 잘 마칠 수 있었습니다. 그 직원은 다시 생각해도 너무 고마워요. 자기 잘못도 아닌데 진지하게 들어줬고 대신 사과해줬습니다. 덕분에 여행을 잘 마무리 할 수 있었어요.
그럼에도 불구하고 최악의 점수를 준 이유는 한 직원 때문입니다. 키가 아주 작은 여성직원인데요. 그녀는 억양이 매우 센 편인데 손님이 못 알아들으면 한숨을 쉬고 비웃어요. 그리고 본인이 실수하면 사과를 하지않고 손님 탓을 합니다. 우선, 체크인 가능 시간에 맞춰 갔더니 준비된 방이 없어서 오후 늦게 체크인을 해야했구요. 요청사항이랑 정반대의 방을 배정받아서 그에 대해 이야기했더니, 그래서 그런 방을 배정받으려면 미리 말을 해야한다고 짜증을 내더라구요.(그냥 말하면 되지 왜 한숨쉬는지 모르겠음.) 그래서 요청했었다고 하면서 메일을 보여주니 영어 못하냐고 안 될 수도 있다고 메일을 받지 않았냐고 하더라구요. 그냥 처음부터 "너의 요청을 봤지만 그런 방이 없어. 미안해" 하면 서로 좋게 끝나지 않나요? 말을 꼭 그따위로 해야하나요? 손님 탓을 하면 뭐 좋아지나요? 아무튼 저러고 나서도 계속해서 실수하고 거짓말했어요. 혹시 요청사항에 맞는 방 있냐고 물었더니 있다고 내일 해주겠다고 했지만 다음날 다른 직원에게 문의했더니 역시나 거짓말이었고 저는 삼일 차인가 그때서야 방을 바꿀 수 있었어요. 그 이후로도 그 직원과는 종종 마주쳤지만 단 한 번도 사과하지않았어요. 그녀의 잘못 요약 1. 내 요청사항 읽지 않음 2. 자신의 실수 인정하지 않고 내 탓함. 3. 저러고 나서 방에 들어갔더니 키 작동 안 했음(키등록 안함) 4. 태도 (손님과 대화하며 한숨 쉬기) 5. 사과 안 함. 6. 계속해서 거짓말함. 가격대비 시설은 만족스러웠으나 그 여직원이 안 짤리고 계속 있다면 다신 갈 일 없을듯 합니다. 살다살다 손님 탓 하는 직원은 처음 보네요. 실수를 하면 그냥 사과를 하세요. 사과 안 하고 어물쩡 넘어가면 없던 일이 되나요? 미안하다 한 마디면 끝날 일을 왜 어렵게 만들어요?
